CHALLENGE:

Tasked with establishing “the gold standard” for future projects within the organization, the Frisco office sets a new benchmark—one that combines high functionality with elevated design. As the client’s inaugural move into Texas and a key hub within their broader global presence, the space needed to echo the design language of their San Francisco headquarters while resonating with Texas’s unique character.

PK-30’s wall system played a critical role in bridging these two identities. The wall system, which offered streamlined beauty and durability, became integral in connecting Frisco’s materials palette with that of San Francisco, providing architectural continuity. The design was anchored by a full masonry brick wall between the reception and the all-hands area, mirroring the brick facade of the San Francisco headquarters. This feature, combined with PK-30’s high-grade walls, underscored the company’s commitment to quality, consistency, and craftsmanship.

CONCLUSION:

The design further balances contrasting elements, such as C-level executive suites adjacent to a sports bar-inspired break area.
